Veg soup recipe– Easy, healthy veg soup recipe without cornstarch. It takes 30 mins to cook, this soup can be made with any veggies of your choice. this soup can help to treat cold and congestion.
Getting it done
Rinse all the veggies you have and chop them.
Put 3/4 part of the veggie in the pressure cooker to boil and keep aside the remaining veggies.
Pressure cook at high flame till 2 whistle.
Now blend the pressure cook veggies with the blender to make thick puree and then strain with the help of strainer.
Heat the pan put some oil and butter the sauté ginger and garlic for 1 min, then add veggies and sauté for 2 to 3 mins and the add cabbage at last and sauté for 1 min (add cabbage at the end so it remain crunchy).
Then add the puree which we made earlier, then add salt crushed black pepper and white pepper as per your taste.
If you like your soup sour you can add vinegar for tangy flavour.
Now serve hot with bread.
